Volunteers...
Last evening Sue Yandell lost her battle with ALS and we lost a special gift to this Earth. Sue was and will always serve as an example to all of us at the Pet Prescription Team of a true volunteer. She always gave beyond what was asked of her and will forever leave a stamp upon so many of our hearts. Words may never convey our deepest thoughts on Sue but what I do know is that she will never be forgotten and our lives are better because of her.
I want to thank all of the volunteers that supported Jack, Sue and the entire Yandell family during this journey. Last night as I received the news I spent some time reflecting on her life. I looked at photos over the years of her and the dedication she had as a wife, mother, grandma and PPT volunteer. I can say without a doubt that it was a life well lived. If I could have one last conversation with Sue there would be only four words spoken; " Well Done My Friend."
